The imprint
Japanese-culture and manga titles. A small imprint, registered with Bowker. One book so far.
Books that leave the reader something to do. THE INK DRAGON is the first: over 150 panels of ink-wash and screentone, and then twenty-five pages of open frames in twenty-two distinct layouts.
The drawing carries the story. Nobody explains what happened in it, and nobody says what belongs in the frames behind it.
